 The Portable Diagnostics research program at AMEL focuses on the development of rapid, low-cost, and deployable diagnostic technologies for point-of-care and decentralized healthcare applications. Our work combines biomedical instrumentation, embedded systems, sensing technologies, microfluidics, and intelligent diagnostics to develop compact healthcare solutions capable of delivering fast and reliable medical testing outside conventional laboratory environments.
